Refund Policy
Non-personalized items are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value, not including the cost of shipping, less the cost of return shipping. Eligible returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. To start a return, email hello@wanderwild.com.
Personalized (embroidered) items or items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable unless we accidentally sent you the wrong item.
Incorrectly fulfilled items are eligible for a comparable replacement product. Please contact us at hello@wanderwild.com within 7 days of receiving your order if you received the wrong item to receive a replacement. In the event that a comparable product is not available, we will offer a refund in the amount of the merchandise value.
