Tis the season to celebrate the Christmas magic! We’ve come up with some of our favorite and festive ways on how you can have a virtual holiday together.

1 \ Give your virtual time a theme – Whether it’s an ugly sweater get together or santa hat party, have everyone joining your virtual call dress up for fun!

2 \ Set the mood (virtually!) – Platforms such as Zoom allow you to create fun, creative backgrounds such as falling snow, a yule log and much more. 

3 \ Play a fun game together – Try Secret Santa or White Elephant and assign everyone a name to a person they can send a gift to. You can also have everyone create a “holiday-themed” face mask and the best one wins! 

4 \ Watch a holiday movie together – Video conferencing platforms such as Zoom allow users to play movies so they can watch them at the same time.

5 \ Do a holiday cookie exchange – Send each other cookies that you each bake and then enjoy a virtual dessert time together! 

6 \ Holiday story time and hot coco – If grandma and grandpa will be virtual this year have the kiddos gather round for a virtual story time with them. Make some hot coco and get them in their pj’s to make it extra special right before bedtime.
